The three new hires — Serena Rahim Shah (pictured above, left), Tom Genner (pictured above, centre) and Olivia Emmett (pictured above, right) — will all report to head of relationship management (development finance) Michael O’Donnell.

Serena joins from Arbuthnot Latham, bringing experience across real estate finance, commercial banking and restructuring.

Tom is a hire from Avamore Capital where he worked in credit analysis and investor relations after beginning his career at Savills.

And Olivia joins from Pivot Finance, having previously held an analyst role at Atelier where she focused on specialist property lending.
